Epoxy Floors
This home in Cherry Creek, Colorado had dull and unappealing brown tile. The residents wanted something that would illuminate their home and accentuate it's retro features. Our process started with removing the tile making sure not to damage any existing baseboards or walls. We then utilized a Schönox self-leveling substrate product to increase durability and provide a perfectly level surface on which we layered several coats of clean white epoxy. The last step involved laying a clear epoxy coating that would enhance the shine and reflective properties of the floor. Needless to say our clients were thoroughly impressed with the vast improvement this new surface provided for the look of their home!
This home in Castle Rock, Colorado had a concrete floor that was in desperate need of resurfacing. Wanting a unique appearance the customer chose to have his floor resurfaced with our epoxy product. Taking great care to protect all of his exposed surfaces we abraded his existing concrete surface to ensure a tight mechanical bond between the epoxy and the concrete. Prior to the application of several coats of epoxy we added a coat of moisture mitigating epoxy to prevent moisture from seeping through the substrate and negatively affecting the decorative coating.
