Grind and Seal

This grind, stain, and seal at the Broomfield location of The Dab dispensary truly transformed this space. We ground the concrete, patched all holes and cracks, Stained the floor with white Endurable stain, and was sealed with Endurable sprayable Urethane. This left the customer with a highly functional and easy to maintain floor.

Understanding The Process

Prep
- Grind floor with 30 grit diamonds to remove carpet glue, tile mastic, thinset, etc
- Patch all holes and cracks evident in floor
Grind
- Grind floor and edges with 60 grit diamonds
Polish
- N/A
Stain- If applicable
- Apply water based, solvent based, or acid based stain. Click stain button below to learn more about our staining process and the different stains available to you.
Strengthening the Slab
- Apply Densifier- Click on the Prosoco link at bottom of page to read more about densification and why its such an important piece of the process
Final Polishing
