Two Projects we completed for two separate customers over the past two years. As you can see the transformation is stunning and is made to last a lifetime. One of these projects was a front entry for a fitness center and the other for a residential customer.
An ADU pour we did in Lyons in summer of 2023. This floor was covered in 2" floor tiles and the concrete was in rough shape. We removed and disposed of the tile, prepped the concrete with TXP Fast epoxy primer with sand broadcast, and poured 1/2" of TruPc. We honored the original saw cuts in the concrete by recutting them in the leveler and filling with two part polyurea. The floor wasn't polished, but was simply sealed when finished.
This was a large residential TruPc pour we did in spring of 2024. We had the distinct pleasure of visiting this floor a little over a year after it was poured to snap some photos. This floor was super technical with many rooms, 1/16" tolerance end to end with 2 20 foot sliding glass doors, zero entry showers ground with perfect slope, and many other factors. A large gypsum based self leveling pour we did on 6th and Fillmore in downtown Denver. The customer wanted the concrete look but had wood subfloors. This floor required an incredible amount of planning, including several sets of samples, renting a pump for material, and all hands on deck as it covered three floors and over 6,000 square feet. We gave it a light sand, stained it a very light gray, and sealed with a urethane.
